Alton Towers has rides to suit every kind of thrill-seeker. I spent most of my time white-knuckling it on The Smiler, a crazy coaster that throws you upside down in a million different directions. My heart was definitely in my throat, but in the best way possible! For those who like things a little tamer, there's CBeebies Land, a haven for little ones with adorable rides and characters.
Top Tips:
Queues can get loooong: Especially for the bigger rides. If you can, go during the week or outside of peak season. The Alton Towers app is your friend – you can check queue times and plan your day accordingly.
Bring your own food: The park food can be a bit pricey, so pack some snacks and a refillable water bottle to save some cash.
Dress for the weather: It's England, so be prepared for anything! Sun cream, rain jacket, comfy shoes – you get the idear.
PS. Didn't get as many pictures as we'd like,to busy enjoying the rides 🎢🎡🎠
